BYLAWS REVIEW COMMITTEE
A committee made up of a board member and a cross-section of the Association’s membership. They will be responsible for the review of the existing Bylaws and drafting possible revisions to them. This committee should be made up of at least 5 members to represent many views of the Association.

RULES AND REGULATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE
A committee made up of a board member and a cross-section of the Association’s membership. They will be responsible for the review of the existing Rules and Regulations and drafting possible revisions to them.

MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
A committee responsible to review the upkeep of the common areas and the upkeep of residential properties to adherence of the association Bylaws and Rules. They ensure that common area maintenance tasks are planned and carried out and that resident homes are maintained effectively to help keep community appeal, safety, and property values. This committee will also review the community roads, and report issues to the board who will then report them to the township to effect repairs.

WELCOMING COMMITTEE
A group of people assigned to greet, introduce, and assist new homeowners integrate into the community. Their main purpose is to ensure new homeowners are visited shortly after they move in to make them feel comfortable and supported.

BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE
A committee who assists the Board in developing and carrying out plans for beautification and maintenance of the community properties and common areas. They act as an advisory committee to the Board to maintain and improve the appearance of the common areas.

GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
A group of individuals formed to help resolve complaints or issues that arise by the homeowners or between the homeowners. They can also address issues requested by the Board. They act as a bridge between the homeowners and the Board to remedy grievances by the homeowners in the Association effectively.
